The following terms apply to any products purchased from us.
The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

You are entitled to cancel your Order within 30 days without providing a reason. The cancellation period expires 30 days from the date you received the Goods or when a third party you appointed (other than the carrier) takes possession of the product.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement via email:
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the Order. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of delivery.
